Change is scary, especially for a 9 year old. Our son Spencer left his previous club team, where he’d played for over two years, and joined the Valley Thunder program. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Since then, he has improved so much mentally and physically on the court. Off the court, he’s made incredible friendships with his teammates, as have we, with many of the other families.Jenni Lavine
